Transitioning from a high school to college girl

One confession I have to make here is "I was not a good high schooler until grade 12". I just did not care much about my study because I did  not even know what I like in those subjects, which is very common for a girl from a middle class family in a developing country. I love English because I love that I can interact with foreigners and expose to their culture and so much more about the world around me. That was why I chose to work hard on my English and I also was inspired by how good Love FM djs speak English; therefore, I also wanted to become one. Then, I was once a radio presenter at Sarika FM.

After all the crazy transition period of always asking myself all day and night "What should I go for in college? which college?", finally Institute of Foreign Languages was the first choice even though I knew it would be very competitive and I knew I do not want to be a full-time teacher but I love sharing my idea and experience. Finally, I granted full scholarship of TELF at IFL, University of Cambodia and Mekong University of Cambodia and amount which I chose only IFL and added another degree of International Studies even I had to pay yet I trust in the quality.

To be honest, I would not expect a bad student (me) to be selected and made it through IFL scholarship.

Entering college in 2008, I became very active in almost every thing at all because I loved and was eager to learn new things. Every break time at 3:30 PM, I went straight downstairs to the information board and looked for things to do beside schooling so I joined and did quite a lot of things during my freshmen time.

I am not an outstanding student and I suggest you to not only study what is in the books but get out there and see for yourself what are going on with your society and the world.
